Returns within 30days from the delivery date. For returns contact us and we will book the return for you. All products need to be returned in the same condition it arrived for the return to be valid. Shipping is free all over the world. Return is free all over Sweden. Otherwise customer pays for return. We have contract to courier companies and can manage return. Please contact to us in case return is required. Make sure product is in same condition. Return is applicable once we receive the package and inspection is complete.

As a private person you have 30 day money back guarantee. You can return your carpet within 30 days and get your money back. The carpet has to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the carpet the same way as it was when you received it.
Fybernots.com handles secure card payments in collaboration with Klarna, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Card payment is a safe method of payment for you as a customer. The selling company will never have knowledge of your card or account information. This information is securely transferred to an encrypted link from you through Payment gateway to your bank.
When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred.

All deliveries are handled by DHL,UPS or PostNord. We are unable to ship to box addresses.
We guarantee that the supplied carpet is hand-knotted and matches the description on the Fybernots.com website. For each hand-knotted rug with a value over 939 € (approx. 983 Euro/ 885 GBP) a certificate of authenticity will be issued and sent with the order. For carpets under 939 € (approx. 983 Euro/ 885 GBP) we will send the certificate as PDF file to you.
We offer a warranty on all products purchased from us. The warranty is applicable for 1 year from the date you receive your order. If the customer refers to the warranty then our expert staff will in the first place determine the cause of the damage. The customer pays all shipping costs in case of warranty reparations.
All orders placed with us by any company will be considered as a B2B order. For these orders there can be exceptions in regard to returns, shipping fees and general terms and conditions. We collaborate with Klarna to offer payments by invoice. Pay after delivery within 14 days of your purchase with no charge. If you do not pay within the due date – Klarna may charge late fees. Monthly installment payments
Through a partnership with Klarna, we are able to offer you the opportunity of splitting up your payment. There are several options to choose from and you choose the number of month’s over which you wish to pay at check-out. Please note that you can at any time during the payment period choose to pay off the entire remaining debt at no additional cost. As a Klarna debit account holder you can have anywhere from 1 000 SEK to 50 000 SEK on your down payment account. Any purchase you make through Klarnas debit account service will be compiled to your monthly billing account.
Error on delivery
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged carpet or the wrong number of carpets please contact customer service immediately. The error has to be reported within a reasonable time frame.
Visible damage to the goods shall be reported directly to UPS/DHL when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported to DHL as soon as they are discovered.
Goods in the “seconds” classification have minor flaws or faults which are shown in the description of the item.
Customized/bespoke orders If you are interested in ordering larger quantities and/or customized items, then contact our B2B support at firstname.lastname@example.org for more details in regard to what is possible. For these occasions a separate contract will be provided by us to be signed and agreed on by the two parties. Keep in mind that for customized/bespoke orders there will be an extended delivery time and that we charge a 30 % non-refundable down payment once the agreement has been made. This down payment needs to be finalized before we can go forward and order the items from our suppliers. All orders need to be paid in full, if and when carpets are in stock, before anything can be sent out from our warehouses.
Carpets that are not received by the customer and returned to us
Carpets that are ordered and not received or are returned to us due to the customer not being available for several delivery attempts will be charged 395 SEK including VAT for our administration costs. Special customized ordered products are charged the full value.

When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By doing this you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us.
Fybernots.com will not give any personal information to any third party. According to Swedish law on handling of personal information, you can get an excerpt of all information we have stored about you and, if it is not relevant, you can ask us to delete the information.
